BICOL UNIVERSITY

Bicol University is a premier university in the Philippines nestled between coastal and offshore seas, mountains and a volcano. The Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines, abbreviated as CHED, is a government agency attached to the Office of the President of the Philippines for administrative purposes. The British Council is the UK’s international organization for cultural relations and educational opportunities. Founded in 1934 and incorporated by Royal Charter in 1940.
