MOU between Bicol University and University of Liverpool

Bicol University (BU) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Liverpool (UoL), United Kingdom on 25 October 2017 at the BU Office of the President.

BU was represented by Dr. Helen Llenaresas, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Jerry Bigornia, Vice President for Production and Development, Dr. Victor Soliman, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension, and Dr. Antonio Payonga, BU Graduate School Dean. Likewise, Prof. Steven Edwards and Prof. Martin Mortimer represented the UoL.

Under the MOU, the two universities propose to explore the following areas of co-operation as set out in the clauses:

The exchange of scientific and technical knowledge and materials; joint research activities; faculty and administrative staff exchanges; student exchange at graduate level; and other activities of mutual interest.
